Material Handling & Venue Scope *

The customer is solely responsible for carrying, shifting, loading, and unloading all rented materials to/from the exact event floor/venue area under their own scope. Kochi AV Rentals / Driver will not load or unload materials at the venue location.

5. Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Equipment is rented strictly for the agreed time period and specified event venue.
  2. The customer assumes full custody and responsibility from delivery handover until return collection.
  3. Customer shall not open, modify, repair, or sub-rent equipment without written permission.
  4. Customer is responsible for loss, theft, physical damage, or missing cables/accessories.
  5. Keep liquids, rain, heat, and unstable power supplies away from all audio gear.
  6. Additional fees apply for overtime, extra delivery trips, or damage repairs.
  7. For outdoor events, full rain and canopy protection must be provided by the customer.
  8. Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary local venue and sound permissions.
